I mean it's nice to finally know
And I won't be paying off college loans until I'm 65
And I'll know people
And I'll probably have a car
So I'm happy
I can always move to boston when I graduate

SO......while everyone was at their Easter Dinners and such............
Julie and I were busy with our OWN adventure....FIND THE CADBERY EGGS!
First stop.....CVS TATNUCK SQUARE
NO EGGS!!!!!!!!
Next Stop.....WALGREENS
Unfortunately there were only Caramel Eggs at Walgreens...
And endless peeps.....
And incase you didn't have a dress for Easter yet...Walgreens had some hot dresses for only $9.99!
But finally....after a long search....Eggs were found!
MY LIFE IS COMPLETE!

Washington, D.C- While the nation's Christians were busy celebrating the Easter holiday Sunday, Brian Bloom of nearby Arlington raced to the store, knowing it would probably be his last chance to purchase large quantities of Cadbury Eggs before they were finally pulled from the shelves and not seen again until next March.
He knew he had to act fast.
Bloom, an Orthodox Jew and admitted choc-o-holic, planned his strategy months earlier, knowing just when and where the aisles bearing the chocolate-covered sugary snack would be free and unencumbered by church-going Protestants and Catholics.
"See, it's not just about short lines at the grocery store -- it's much more complicated than that," Bloom said. "Before the Cadbury Eggs are pulled from the shelves -- the few leftovers are brought to the discount aisle and snatched up like gold. If you're too slow, they're gone and you spend the rest of the year wondering what you did wrong."
Bloom didn't want a repeat of what happened last year.
"I wandered into one of the stores where I normally shop and I noticed there weren't any left at the cashier's checkout station where they keep the impulse items," an emotional Bloom recalled. "By the time I realized my mistake, it was too late. I had to leave my place in line and that's when these two fat women rolled up their cart with enough half-priced Cadbury Eggs to last until next year. I was devastated. Those ladies just mocked me and said Cadbury Eggs should be eaten only by Christians."
Cadbury Eggs, made by Swiss candy giant Nestle, are manufactured specifically for the holiest of Christian holidays and because they're only released once a year, there is great demand by people all over the world. While several companies have attempted to copy the success of the Cadbury Egg, none has been able to identify the gooey white and yellow filling that separate it from other similar-looking egg shaped candies. Nor have other Christian-themed candies been purchased in such quantities from Jewish, Muslim and Hindu shoppers.
Added Bloom, "If Cadbury Eggs can't bring Jews and Christians together in harmony, I don't know what the hell will." |
